1. Delivery by Forwarding company?
Through years of experience, we are fortunate to have access to trusted partners. Our partners take care of many concerns and tedious work of our customers. With an average delivery time of 20 days, the goods will be delivered to your door.
Of course, we support you in the preparation of the customs export accompanying documents, our partner forwarders remove the expiry of the customs export and insure the goods even against damage and loss during transport.

2. What does pickup mean?
The goods are in stock and prepared and packed for you.
You will receive all necessary documents for transport within the EU. After export of the goods, you are obliged to inform by a confirmation of arrival that the goods have been exported. As a deposit for export, we reserve the right to charge the currently valid VAT.
We support you in the preparation of customs export accompanying documents. You will receive the goods declared for export and the corresponding documents when collecting and paying.
3. How is the shipping via DHL?
Often it is costly to have the goods delivered by a forwarding company for a smaller purchase. There is the opportunity of a delivery with Deutsche Post as a good alternative.
We pack the goods up to a weight of 20 kg (to third countries) and up to 30 kg (within the EU).
With an average delivery time of one week, the goods are insured up to a value of € 500.00.
You can start the tracking of your shipment on the official website of DHL immediately after delivery in the packing station and have a good overview of when the goods will arrive at you. Of course, the delivery time can vary depending on the country and the current situation.

As soon as the goods have been handed over to one of these delivery options, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the buyer.
We deliver only under the condition: EXW Deißlingen (Incoterms 2010)
